We've all encountered a few of these folks I'm sure in our times, and for most of us they can all be found left behind in the fog of life when they couldn't or wouldn't put down the doobage long enough to think straight, yet we all search for the reasons of how and why such a large chunk of the country can be so seemingly out of touch with reality.
